Haze in Malaysia

Today I gonna blog the serious problem in Malaysia , not even Malaysia but Singapore also , The sad case is not reduct but keep increasing quickly . PM was declared that it has been an emergency in Malaysia so that people should set alert ourselves. Yet , department of environment indicated that we should wear face mask and drink more water at outside. For now air pollution become more serious and worse. The air pollution level as catogorised as hazardous when the reading is 301 or more; very unhealthy at 201 to 300 , so what are the people expect as well as we are very likely have a raining buckets right now. Since people who are suffer with asthma and this dirty and this full of haze environment. I also saw some of people are very likely go to oversea unless they don't stay at Malaysia awhile , A kind of sadness .
 As the picture shown , the haze in our country is increasing constantly . Hope that really have a good method to rid from it because I could not stand a dirty environment and breath difficulty , I felt that smell of haze leave into my throat .
let's see how haze can impact your healthy , everyone should take note about this matter . I am wondering how come I felt sleepy in this whole day , now I have just figure out the problem . THAT 'S EYE INFLAMMATION short-term adverse effects:

  • Irritated eyes, watering eyes, and/or conjunctivitis (a type of eye inflammation)
  • Running nose, stuffy nose, sneezing, and/or post-nasal drip
  • Throat irritation, dry throat, sore throat and/or coughing
  • Headache, dizziness, fatigue and/or stress
  • Decreased lung function, depressed respiratory immune defenses, chest pain, and/or bronchitis (lung inflammation)
Here is my step to teach you how to protect yourself from haze .1 avoid outdoor activities , so you guys better stay at home in this few day . 2 close all window , well I know it could be very suffer cause you close the window but the most horrible thing is door and window open may allow haze enter your home. The best way is open air conditioner . 3 wear a respirator when you at outside4 wash hand and after after outdoor activities frequently5 avoid smooking too . It will being extremely hazardous . Don't do that For me health is wealth so that we should know how to protect yourself in order to get a healthy lifestyle
